How can i increase the durability ?

Tablet of master. Go to town and search for alchemy in the stall network for your degree weapon.

No.. you can't remove the red. That is why Steady is your friend.

so in case of i could increase the durability,
is the red have a negative effect on my glavie ???

yes it has a negative effect on it.
First it reduces the dur which means you will have to repair it more often which can be annoying if you have lots of pots and are in a grove and then your weps almost dead
Also dur reduce is a big red ugly mark that is the first thing a potential buyer will see. It turns ppl off your wep and thus you will get less for it then if it was not there.
An example of the effect on cost is a 64+7 sos spear i bought for almost half its normal stall price because no one would buy it because of the reduce. I managed to sell it for 75% of its normal value but still.....25% is alot unless you bought it cheap like that
