hungry blood ongs

where are hungry blood ongs? and are they the same as blood ongs?
I believe you take the road due South out of Samarkand and take it untill it "T"'s. Then you continue South and they are right off the road abit.
No, they are not like regular Ongs at all. They have an insane amount of hp. And they have a scroll over their head indicating that they are a quest mob.
