If you got it from the SRO site you got it from 'Fan Art'

Nope its not a fan art its in downloads artwork characters. and there are almost all the chars and i know them but this was like the odd one of all

Just a concept artwork. If it were a real character, It'd definently be European because of the armor (related to Greek/Roman gods and style)
