Don't use onboard GPUs...
Buy yourself a new one if the problem agitates you.

Whats a GPU ?
And is there a way to fix this, without needing to pay for anything?

have you tried just reastarting, sometimes i get garbage on screen as well and i have an x1900xt. Alternatively you can find out whther you have onboard Graphics or a card and appropriately update drivers....that's basically all you can do that is free

buy a new Graphics Card.
