PK2 help please (horse)

Can anybody give me some full tutorial to edit the horse into TG's tiger or uruchi's dragon?
Give me a full tutotial with instructing images please cuz i searched alot for a tutorial like this and couldn't find.
So if u give me tutorial i will be thanked u for all my life.

Open Media.pk2 in a Hex editor (XVI32 - just Google it). Make sure you backup original file just in case anything goes wrong so you wont have to re-download and reinstall.
Go to search and replace, in the first box type:
Make sure the "Text string" is selected on both "Find" and "Replace" sections, also the as UNICODE Latin boxes need to be checked on both sections.
Now on the second box type:
Click on replace all, save and go check it out.
IDK if it works havent tried it just wrote tut of my head, let me go test and ill update.

EDIT, TOTALLY DOESNT WORK, but its something along the lines of that.

The reason why it doesnt work is because you need to edit the *.BSR and not the name of the code
