pK2 edit character models?

Is it possible to pk2 edit character models to another avatar? If so how?

like
u picked a guy for ur character and u dont like him and want to switch him to another person.
Ex WolfMan turns out u dont like him want him to be the guy With White Face?
baiscly like chagning ur character slection

i want to know how too please
i want that female skin that holds the glaive in a cool way
, dont really feel like spending 150 odd silk jst to change skin and armours..

open up Silkroad\Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\characterdata.txt
find you character reference, replace the *.bsr file in that row w/ the one you want
make sure file size is the same, otherwise remove something from this line

i dont get it
can some1 explain step by step with size and crap cause i jsut know the noob stuff like..... armour/ weapon
