Pure Int Europe Or Chinese?

Should i make a Pure Int spear Chinese, or a pure Int Wizard. Which is better?
I thought that the Chinese Char might be better as it doesn't have Pot Restrictions. O_0

make pure str wizard, they own. i think that would be the best build for a person like you.

pure int wizard = overpowered at high lvls
although they get killed fast

Dont listen to him, make a pure int wizard because they are strong. Plus too many pure int chinese characters are around so its good to see something new.

Thanks a lot for reply, i already have one but i;ve put a little bit of str on it maybe 5 points tops will that effect me?

dont put any str into wizard character, it will lower your mag attack.

of course it will effect you... those points could have slightly raised the atk power of your nukes. However, those points have also slightly increased your HP and physical def.
You put those points in for a reason... no good to keep second-guessing yourself.

both the same ..
most characters are built to have balanced goods and bads.
