I went to the thief town to buy a black devil suit but i didnt find it. The NPC who sells thief clothes wasnt selling it. How can i buy one? Do i have to do any quest to receive one??? Please answer me. i love it!

theyre no longer npc buyable, only players.

and theyre going up in value, due to demand, so if your gona buy one, expecpt to pay 2mil+ and increasing.
