Hi,
i was wondering what happened to the the mercenary ability upgrade that was available back in the day at 70cap, its the second time for me to master a lv5 guild but now i can't seem to find that. o.O Do i have to be higher level or somethin to unlock it ? Cause now master char is lv 2x (euro)

I don't know what happened to merc upgrade either, it just vanished i guess after the euro update or maybe after thats gay though, cause if the people who upgraded their mercs get to tkeep them while i can't update my euro guild ima be pissed, lol.
