About skill/exp bonus ticket.

Well I don't know this since they added the skill bonus ticket but do you still get a 100% bonus on skills when using a golden exp ticket? I wanna get both the exp and skill tickets to have a 200% bonus on my sps but I felt like asking first

Example:
Without tickets:
1000 exp
100 spx
With golden ticket or premium only:
2000 exp
200 spx
With golden ticket or premium and golden skill ticket:
2000 exp
300 spx
With only golden skill ticket:
1000 exp
200 spx
spx is skill point experience ofcourse...hope I made any sense
