information about trading

i dont really know how the new trade sstem works so i have some questions

1. can you always sell/ buy goods at new places like the stronghold? or only when these bargain prices are announced
2. if no, what are these bargain prices and how do they work?
3. is there a small piece of safe zone now at new places like stronghold, or can thiefs jack you while you are selling your stuff -.-

1. you can always sell them at the new trade spots, but only buy stuff there during the bargain goods period.

3. and yeah...thieves/mobs/npc thieves...everything can attack you when you are buying selling
