Well its only lvl20, ok-ish stats, but it also depeneds on the server, a new
server this item could go for at least 5 to 8 million due to its rareness and
lack fo players with high amounts of cash.
Where as on an older server probley best to set at 3 to 4 million.

Only reason its so high is that euro sos' as still quite rare when compared
to chinese counterparts
