what does happen whent the message "Bargain priced goods sell have begun" (hope I spelled that right) pops up ?

SORRY for this tread but this bothers me really too not know what it does mean

With the euro update there is a new trade system.

There are new trader outpost in the bandit den/tarim basin/fertility temple and somewhere in euro (samarkand island, southwest of it). The special priced goods are sold there only during that time.
