Cerberus Quest China

Hi, I was with a Char in Europe batteling Hell Cerberus.
But than I Get a bug and now I can't never do the quest with that char.

But can you do the Quest with a China Char? Or just only for Europe Chars¿

You can beat Ivy with a China Character and other Quests, but Hell Cerberus 3 to?

Thanks if you help me because you must a lot of other Quest before Cerberus 3. And I think you get a lot of XP [ I hope 10% on Lv 40, and you can do the quest over again and over again.

Ik denk dat het wel kan aangezien high lvl chinese ivy quest kunnen doen Dus ik denk dat hetzelfde geld voor Cerberus, je moet alleen alle gelinkde quest ervoor doen (als hij die heeft)

I think it's possible cuz high lvl chinese can do the Ivy quest. So I guess the same goes for Cerberus, just make sure you did all the linked quest before it (if he has any).
