pk2 extractor

hey everyone......hope your having a good day but if i could trouble you for a second read onwards
i was trying to change +glows on weapons with pk2 and it says i need a pk2 extractor......but when i start the pk2 extractor up i get this error
component comdlg32.oxc can not be found
