Should I start again fresh?

Hello, I'm currently lvl 68 and thinking of restarting, I'm an INT hybrid and have had 13 levels STR making me close to a 7:1 hybrid?

I use spear but my phy attks didn't seem powerful enough so I chose to delevel the spear skills and concentrate more on the force skills.

My planned build is now 80 cold/80 fire/77 lightning/63 force

Does this mean all that STR added is now completely useless as all my attacks are now nukes? Should I restart as a pure INT as I really like how this planned build is going. I use fire imbue for maximum damage.

The way I see it this build should be pure INT but I may be wrong, ideas?

Keep the spear skills. Hybrid INT with spear skills can do very well.

Aim for:
80 heuksal
80 lightning
80 cold/fire
60 fire/cold

That was my originally planned build but a find a few things off putting about that.

1: I use fire imbue so 60 fire is a no-go
2: Can't go just 60 cold due to the power of snow sheild.
3: I only have 13 levels str so my heuksal skills were pretty weak.

That's why I went for the mastery levels I mentioned but I see them as a pure int set-up.

So the question remains, should I restart as pure int?
