Can't invite to guild

I made a guild a few days ago and for some reason, when i try to invite people to my guild, it says "Cannot invite because player is unable to join guild at the moment" or something like that. Can someone tell me why i can't invite my friend to my guild? No, he's not in a guild by the way, lol.

i you leave a guild you can't join another one for 3 days.
Solution:
If the master kicks you while you are offline you can join another guild immediately

Maybe the people he is trying to invite have just left a previous guild, which mean they will have to wait 3 days before joining another one.
