Is powerlvlign against the rules? I dont mean the powerlvling that websites offer, but more of like if your friend that is a high lvl is willing to lvl you in a party.

btw powerlvled a friend 3 lvl today and 2 yesterday

lol yeh, but the higher level dude takes a lot of the xp anyway, so unless they kill really quickly, sometimes it's not worth it

and kill max 11 lvl higher mobs or there is "exp penalty"
