How to make a Seal of Star?

And what is wrong with the Poseidon server I can login to the screen where you choose/make a character but if im in that screen I cant see my character and when I tried to make a new one it said "Disconnected from server" and now I tried it for a second time and I can make a new one now but I just want to play with my old Character

you cant make sos, you can only get it from drops, or buy it ^^
