New Europe Side Toolbar

Is there any way to use hotkeys to utilize the new side toolbar? For example, with the original hotkey toolbar on the bottom, pressing 1 uses any skill in the "1 box". I've been looking for similar hotkeys for the new toolbar with the Europe client, so are there any set of hotkeys?
