an weird error on install or something

an weird error on install or something

I have downloaded from file front , from torent and from the other one but they all show teh same thing. I uninstalled the older version that i had befor trying this one.

here is what i get each time.

I get that all teh time... i dont know why... yes its the 28th as i been trying to install it....



any one know why?
