A Mask Making Question

Whenever I try to make a mask, I have to wait for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, it just stops and doesn't give me the monster mask. Do anybody know how to solve this?

when u kill the mob, u hit the skill, then a arrow like drop appears at ur char's feet, pick it it, it's the mask

yeah, kill the mob with daggers and c bow,
and you have to use the skill before you untarget the dead mob, whilst the bar is at empty, or just before cast the skill, and it will appear really close to your feet.

does it cost a lot... do you need materials or use alchemy?

get your c bow, and attack the enmy, the second they die, or just before they die, press the skill. and thats it, the guy throws his hands in the air, and a bag which looks like the arrow drop will appear near your feet. pick it up, theres your mask.
