im thinking its the level 20 ice nuke (wizard) but im not sure, cos the lvl 20 earth nuke is huuuge like that, but i dont know. can someone tell me what it is.

Ill give you a hint. The char in the pic is Chinese, not European. I think its a high lvl ice nuke.
