You mean skills to move over a short distance quickly? I don't know anything that works the same under the same conditions.
- Rogue: Scud, 15 seconds, rather long cooldown (2 minutes in cSRO)
- Warrior: Sprint Assault, but that one works only in battle, I think (never got it)
- Wizzard: Maybe one of the teleport skills (lightning tree). Never saw those in action.
