that looks like a player wearing a mask made by a rogue that turns you
into a bear-looking mob

that isnt a mask the mob follows a player if you had a mask you will be the mob itself so I think it is not a mask but other rogue skill.

This is what led to the myth that rogues can 'tame' a monster (See rogue guide). As you can see in the notification box, it's a captured monster for one of the sub lvl 20 euro quests. You capture the monster and bring it to whoever gave you the quest. In this case the sunset witch.

I like that we can witness him begging for 7k as well.

Reminds me of all the rogue/bard illusion masks in Everquest. Fun to collect...

if the bear is following the player, then its just part of a quest.

u just need to capture a bear and lead it back to the sunset witch. this has nothing to do with any rogue skills

lol i like that quest i told noobs that the monster was my pet and they started asking questions on how to get monsters to be pets
