any disadvantages of ressurecting yourself?

Dont know if this is new with euro or myabe a patch back a few months..but now it seems im able to res myself when i die on the spot instead of going back to town..and looks like its for nothing..no gold or xp taking away from me..it may have been a point in euro description i missed or maybe just the patch to do so came out while i wasnt playing sro..
is this out long and doers really let you res yourself without any xp,gold taken from you?

i dunno about this. happened to my friend i was grinding with, she was a warrior double axe, and could res herself. meanwhile, i was a wizard and couldnt.
i dont know ^_^

hmm..ye i didnt think you actually could ressurect yourself on the spot..like when your pvp'n with cape on..but i can now and it makes life alot easier lol...
im a bard btw..so maybe its something to do with magic

Level <= 10 - res on spot possible
Level <= 20 - Guide in town can teleport you back

lol..yeah turned 11 and now have to go to guide in town to get back lol..not as fun but beats walking all the way back to grinding area
