Farm, 64,68 or 72?

I am full int spear. I need to farm. I dont if i should farm on PEG or nachals. I can get sos 64+5 spear, or 68+5, or 72+5, something like som or sosun is unreal, maybe i will can get +7, if it will realy needed. So i wanna ask if i should farm on peg or nachals, I think i need to one shot them, so i wanna now when and with what weapon i will can one shot them, and if the damage what i will dealing from will be too high for me or not.

Maybe with a 68+7 spear u can do it at 68.
But other wise, do it at 72 with a 72+5 or +7.
U can one shot at 72 with a +5 easy, not sure about 68 yet. I'll tell u in 4 levels time

thx, tell me then, i am 4x lvl now so i will be 64,68 in 3-4 months.

68+5 spear in the nachal room will be enough for you to either 1 shot, or 1 shot + shout depending on the INT bonuses on your gear.
Now you just gotta get there
