Right now I have a gold sp ticket and Im thinking about buying a premium. My question is does the premium give 100% sp and experience and also will I now get 200% sp.

This is what premium does
The Premium does the following
-100% sp and xp increase
-log on without worrying about server traffic
-use avatar stall
-and etc. like 5% increase defense and offense
NO 200% INCREASE

...he's talking about PT + ST
and no you will not get 200%. When the ST is giving you extra sp, its giving you 100% of the orginial sp exp. Same with the PT. So you will get 150%.
