Thats an item before the alchemy update.
I remember selling jewels like that to the 'Higher' lvls in donwhang at the 60 cap.

So its just related to the jewels? I was here before the alchemy update, but I dind't know what alchemy was till after the update.

Before alchemy update we didnt see the % at all if i remember right

I sold it in DW, good profit on that 1.
