In game name

I have a character named MrLonely on 1 server which i haven't played for months. I'm back now, and wanna start new char on different account, but wanna use the same name. Basically the question is if i delete that char(wait 7 days) then can i make character with the same name again? Or it's saved in game database and can't use anymore.

After you delete it you can use it again.
