hey can some on tell me if what im doin is right?

ok....i have 29 lvl char with a 9 gap and 0sp :S.i was thinkin of getting lvl 30 and get da nukes and delevel my self 2 24 i think and delevel my skills to 15 so what do u think?.... will i loose the nuke if i delevel the skills?can some one tell me thnx

Yes you'll lose the nuke cause you gotta delevel the skillz of certain levels before you can delevel the levelz...if that makes since
