What did I do wrong?

It says my guild icon/emblm is not formatted correctly can some one help me with this? I got screen shots of what I have and where I have it put tell me what is wrong.

u have to extract all of your sro files and it should work

AFAIK it has to be named guildmark.bmp maybe you should try that?

I'll try the bmp thing but what do you mean extract all the folders wut ones?

I tried the .bmp now it says " There is no file. Please check the install path and file name. "

If i put it back to where it was says "Dose not follow the format please check the size and format. "

Tried turning off the fire wall did nothing. :banghead:

Ok The red boxes are what I Do Not understand.

the 96dip 96dip was the problem when i saved it to my computer i messed around with it looking at like an idiot thats y it would not work. :banghead:

so i copied another one off this site wher i got my first only saved it as bmp put it on and bam worked. thx for all the suggestions everyone.
