Alright so I have wanted a logo for a long time, and finally get up the level and GP to get one. I bought the registration item, followed the image type, name, and place instructions, but when I click register it says "You are not qualified to use this item." I was curious if someone could tell me why I'm not qualified? Is it because my character has to be a higher level or something?

Happened to me also. But I think I have to disappoint you. You bought it at Lv3, because thats when youre allowed to buy it, but you cant actually use it until your guild is Lv4. Sorry mate

Hahahaha that pretty much makes me want to cry lol. But thanks for answering me, at least I know what was going on.
