The % next to everything on weps.

I have noticed that old servers don't have that..... Whats the % mean. SOmeone was selling me a sos item, and he said 0% on magic dmg was better than with %????? whats with all t he % next to everything? Thanks.

ooo I see, but SOS can't be bought from a store..., and um How bout blues not all of them are 100% even tho NPC don't have blue's. Also Crit matters right? the % is how many times it hits?

No, the number to the left of the % is how many times out of 100 you'll get a crit, the % is simply how much it is increased from base stats.
