i downloaded the new client now wat? some say its an update so wat now i had to pay some money to my ISP to give me some more time to download it

you need to wait. Untill the game is officially updated. Then you can use it, like described on the Silkroadonline.net website.

ya i pay monthly but this new isp i pay every 15GB and that really sucks thats y i am changing my isp again
