Hey guys, this has been probably asked a bunch of times but I can't seem to find a straight answer using the search so here goes:

If I fail a tablet alchemy (say +int attempt) on a +3 SOS weapon, is there a chance that it can lose its +3 or even be destroyed?

Thanks in advance.

Nope. You're good. :)
Only weapon elixirs can destroy a weapon, or make it go back to either +0, or +4 (depending on if you have an astral or not).

Sos will never be destroyed? is it true? because i read from some articles and it says that once you try to make ur weapon above +5, there is a chance that your weapon might be destroyed!! so... is it true that SOX weapon will never be destroyed if you try to make it above +5??

Nonono. Cin's talking about the fact that the actual Seal will not be removed if you fail with any elixirs / stones. If it goes back to +0, when you fail with an elixir, or something assimilates, the weapon will STILL be SoX.
Yes, SoX items can still be destroyed if you try to make it above +5. Please do not make the mistake of thinking that they cannot.

Good job, Cin. 8)
