Niya Sniper + Niya Hunter

my friend is lvl 66, and is grinding for past for 4 days @ niya sniper/hunters cuz of 30% exp and he didnt got 1 item drop. he was getting lvl 8 tabs n alchemy stuff but no item drop in past four days. is that ok of where do monsters stop dropping stuff ? he was getting alot of stuff @ fishes.

It's sometimes like that - you don't get a drop for a week, and then the next week, you get 20 drops. It's random.
But yes, the higher the level of the monster, the less drops you get - however, each drop you get is worth more. You SHOULD be getting less drops than you would have got at the fishes.
And if by fishes, you mean the Dark and Death Karras, yes, I also found it strange that I got an unusual amount of drops from them - but perhaps that was just luck. Didn't grind at them long, though, since they were magical mobs, and had the zombie status, which was a pain in the ass.
