how do i become a trader/merchant?

i cant seem to find the NPC (is it Leegun?) to purchase the a merchant's identity or something?

Hunter, trader shop in each town. Buy a ID there and put it on

THe merchant trade shop for jangan is on the bottom Right part of town, Im not looking at map, so I dont remember the names.

Its like right of the fountain. Near the Specialty Shop.
