MAX number of blues on a item...? someone HAS to know

OK ... really simple question here, folks, hope you can help me...
I want to know:
What is the MAX number of blue values I can have on any one item?
Quick responses are very much appreciated,

EDIT: One of my union members told me it could be EIGHT at any one time. Str, Int, AR, BR, Durability Inc., Steady, Astral, Immortal.
Is this right?

you can have all the blues. to their max percentage.
good luck on spending 10mil+ trying for it though
