Merc can grind?

hey Im pretty sure i've read something about this using merc to kill mob there was a post somewhere with someone using them to kill mob anyone remember it? is it still doable?
would be nice if it still work and would you gett all drop and all xp/sp?

It can attack mobs but its just under certain circumstances. I Remember the thread your talking about but no idea where it is.

I'm pretty sure that the Mercs' will only attack a Mob, WHEN it's attacked.
Only one way to find out. Take your mercs' to an agro mob area, why you grind wait forfor the mobs to attack your mercs
and They fight back....we're on a winner lol If not...awww

maby it was pk2 edit that u saw. you can pk2 edit to look like mercs?
otherwise i dnt think they can attack

not possible. mercs only kill purple / rednames - guild wars - npc thiefs and i think thats it
I remember someone bringing mercs to the 1st yarkan on Aege.. nothing happened
. And think about it, if it really did work, you'd see mercs everywhere

You say they attack NPC theif, I use them as trader they NEVER kill mine or guild memebrs NPC thiefs. They only EVERY attack bloody player thief lol.
And i'm so damn sure, I was with my mercs when a black tiger did that "rawr" thing and it hit my merc, so my merc killed it....I can only remember that vividly though

try it with a hunter suit, not trader
