Well I talked to this one guy, and he said that 4level gapping will keep you on par with skills w/out farming. Is this true?

Well my build is Str-Fire Bower. I might take some lightning and cold buffs.

No. Not true for any build, unless you're going a single tree.

errr, yes it is. Can't get too much skills though.
Levelling with a 4 gap will kill you btw.
