Do gaps work for euro?

Do the same rules apply for xp:sp gaining ratio for european characters? I'm 99% sure they do, but I always played with a 0 gap, so I never checked it out.

Wow, I never checked, I play 0 gap always now, so... yeah, ^bump^ not that it needs it...
