Step2: Talk to Hotan Stable merchant SALIHAP
Step3: Return to BAEKSONG (only gives 5 players quest one day )
reward: 1,450,000 exp, 9k sp and 140,000 gold

Is it 9k Sp or 9k sp expirience

Whenever it gives you a figure like that for quests, its sxp, not actual SP. 1 SP = 400 sxp
