hi,
IM pure str glavie, as we all know that the spear and glavie have the same skill but spear have high "Mag. attack power" and "Mag. reinforce"
but glavie have high"Phy. attack power" and "Phy. reinforce"... so i use glavie.
i dont know "why my glavie have "Mag. attack power"and "Mag. reinforce" higher than "Phy. attack power" and "Phy. reinforce" ?????"
This pic is for my glavie

The percentage of your Magical and Physical Attack, as well as Reinforcement, have absolutely nothing to do with the difference between a Glavie and a Spear. When they say that a Glavie has a higher Physical ATK / Reinforce, and a Spear has a higher Magical ATK / Reinforce, they're talking about the fact that if you had one Glavie, and one Spear, both NPC weapons, the same Level, and identical, in all but the aspect that one's a Glavie, and the other a Spear, that the Spear would have a higher M. ATK, and the Glavie would have a higher Phy. ATK.
With your Glavie, you're just lucky that your M. ATK has some nice percentages. If you didn't alchemize it yourself, the person that sold it to you did some nice Alchemy with it. All you have to do is change the Phy. ATK, and you'll be fine.
If you have a question about percentages / Physical, Magical Reinforce, or anything other Stats, I suggest you check out EllisD's Guide
here.

The reason why mag stat numbers are higher on ALL strength weapons has to do with joymax's damage calculations. I assume they are set up that way to help balance the different builds.
Also it may be possible that it was done to help strength hybrids. Just like you have higher crits on int weapons to help int hybrids.
If you look at protector you will also see that you get more magic defence then physical. So it is also possible that for every 1 point str it is equal to 1.5 points int. Obviously I am making that up, but I hope you get my reasoning.
Since we don't know what the damage calculation is, we can only make educated guesses.
