euro rogue stealth question

can i attack in stealth and stay in stealth? how easy is it for me to be seen? and how often can i recast stealth?
edit- do euro chars get their own version of berserk?
edit2- can i use the bard buff for increased movement speed with a harp, switch to daggers and still have my movement speed buff?
and is it possible, for a wizard to get the 60% magic attack buffs out of bard and cleric skills to give even more damage?
