trouble on second inventory expansion

hi i am lvl 35 and still am yet 2 complete the second inventory expansion i havent even got one of the items neeeded to complete the quest.
can some \1 give me a list of things that could be done wrong prevent this quest

you probably started the bad charm quest.

you will need to collect all those charms to finish that quest before you can get the inventory expansion items to drop from monsters.

i think you have to kill magicians but im not sure and it does have a bad drop rate

You need Taoists... it would be great if it could be done with magicians too because both kind of bastards are all over the ravine

And it has a very bad drop rate... at least for me.
