i will stick to my chinese char but i like the euro char !!
question is i will change my chinese char look to euro char look using the change skin!!!

I going to assume you won't be able to convert your chinese character to euro, as the skills would be all messed up.

Yes, it is
highly unlikely that you will be able to use a gender change scroll to change from chinese to a euro skin.

Since nobody knows yet (except for possibly players of the other sro versions that already have both chinese and euro chars) i think its pretty safe to say that you will
not be able to change the skin of your chinese character to euro.

I seriously doubt JM would provide the scrolls because then you have white people in asian looking clothes with glaives and asian people in euro armor with wands and it'll all look really confusing.
