It's just an update, it's the other races for iSro. So you will be able to play with euro characters. (And play one yourself of course)

Sorry robban, ill have to move you to Q&A
like the others said, Europe is a map extension to the left of Hotan.
with this extension comes new characters that will levelup party based.
the chinese and europese characters can communicate, party, job together
but cannot wear eachothers clothes, weapons or do the same skills.
the skills for the different characters i just added to the characters and skills
sticky

yes. check out the chars n skills big sticky it contains the skills for the
different euro chars. euro chars do not need sp farming since they are
team based so every char has his on 1 or 2 specialities (masteries).
you start off with a certain amount of max. mastery points, and as you
levelup you get 2 per level. therefor, you can have 1 main tree and a
sub tree (approx. 5 levels below your main). that way, you can for
example be a warlock with cleric skills, so a status effect attacker with
healing skills.
in euro, you can party up with other players and fight party mobs (you
can recognise them by a blue symbol in front of the mob name). with this
team, you can kill the mob and you will all gain the same XP and SP.
therefor, teaming is fun in Euro.

That sounds so cool

Actually I think Im gonna be a nuker or rouge with two swords. I saw a vid of a Rouge that did some massive damage to a Penon giant. Will the Europe chars be much stronger than chinese ones?

i hear that in pvp, chinese will still rule since the euro characters have a
specific role in parties. however, in parties the euro chars are told to be
superior.
i havent tested this yet. i am making a basic euro guide at the moment
that i will upload tomorrow.
