Cant upload screenie

My image is a jpg, and i know its small enuf, but when i browse and click upload it says error, only allows jpg images. I dont get it

It was happening to me a few days ago, just keep trying... it worked for me eventually. (imageshack)

nah, i mean like the screenshots section on the side of the page there, not for my sig or sumtin.
