"gap" is a space left between your character level and your highest mastery level. This gap can go from 0 to 9 (it could be 10 or more but after 9 the SP gain is the same than 9 gap). The biggest this gap is, you will gain less XP (level up slower) and more SP (points for leveling skills up)
2. wat does it mean when people say 90gap?
Maybe you mean 90 cap, the cap is the limit of levels a player can get for his/her character, at the moment it is still 80, but it will be change to 90 (the rumors say that it will happend by the end of the year).
3.wat is the spell in the mastery that people usually call "nuke"

"nukes" are the strongest magical attacks in the game for Chinese characters, i don't happen to remember the names, but if you go to your mastery list in the Fire, Lighting and Cold masteries, the second skill from the botton in each mastery is the nuke.
4.wat is stone elemets for?
Elements are used to make Magical Stones when they are fused with tablets. This Stones can add some features to your weapon and make it hit harder or in clothes to give you better defense, etc.
5.is there anyway i can revive where i died?
Not yet, only if someone uses a "ressurrection" skill on you, but not all people has that skill. With the Euro update you will be able to ressurrect yourself without losing experience, but only if you are lvl 10 or lower.
6.my friend told me that he wierd something on his shoulder that make him dont lose any points when pk or exp when die, wat is it?
There is not such thing as far as i know. Maybe your friend wanted to look cool
